Introduction
WGREI, LLC is dedicated to providing possibilities for buyers and sellers in the real estate market when the traditional methods fail to meet their needs - such as:
opportunities for home buyers seeking alternatives to bank loans to purchase a home or condo and solutions for sellers whose property have not sold in the traditional market.
Established in 2005, in its most basic form, WGREI, LLC consists of purchasing residential and commercial properties at a discounted price, rehabbing properties as necessary and renting the properties out in a profitable manner. From time to time, WGREI, LLC does purchase properties with the intent to rehab and sell at a profit (flip).
The Objectives
1. To provide a stream of passive income for our silent and managing partners
2. To build equity in WGREI, LLC's business portfolio
3. To establish a real estate based source of retirement for our partners
4. To be good stewards to the communities that we invest in by providing excellent service to our tenants, vendors, and contractors and by giving back to the community
